A Rockers Reggae tune that asks the question of guilt between the struggle for freedom and brutal security policy. Mr. Schnuck, a Berlin-based singer, joins the Colombian producer Riot Beat Selector in a cooperation Reggae project founded in 2022 with the Roots Bass Sound record label.

The Story Behind the Song
„2017 I met Ahmed. He told me his story. Resisting against the Syrian oppression, he ended up on the „black list“ of the murderous secret service.
He was shot down, but rescued by other resistance fighters.
I asked myself over and over again how people can become so brutal to their neighbors and brothers, who are only asking for their human rights.
Syria, Russia, Iran, China, Ethiopia... The ego of a few leads to the sorrow of so many.

I began to write the text of “Mr. General” in order to find a channel for this bewilderment. In 2022 it was produced musically with Riot Beat Selector.“
